Includes the upper and lower rear seat assemblies as shown. The passenger headrest insert is missing from this set, as shown in the photos. This headrest can sourced from Mini directly using part # 52207457275. The seat cushions are in good physical condition, have not been hit or bent in any way. Covers are free of any major rips or tears. Stitching is fully intact with no visible fraying. You may need to reuse existing hardware and trim for installation/

Cosmetic Condition:

In good cosmetic condition with no major stains or discoloration. The cloth bolsters have no heavy wear or cracking in the finish, and the suede inserts have no discoloration.
